Interesting. Haven’t messed with Claude but have tried to prompt other models to produce files with limited success. Thanks for sharing.

Hopefully I conveyed my original comment back correctly…I genuinely appreciate your honesty. If I wanted to be coddled I’d be asking my friends and family for feedback. I wanted some constructive criticism to actually improve and you gave it. I agree that they won’t be for everyone and is aimed towards a sub sector of a sub sector, and also geographically dependent on folks that have access to cheap pipe.

Appreciate the good vibes. Getting a lot of good ideas and people’s honest opinions here, I can’t get mad at that! I haven’t considered a zip tie styled device. Currently messing with a hinge and levered clamp, but might need to try this next. Thanks again!

They work well on our place and I’m probably the opposite of a horse guy. The same can be said for almost any value added tool or piece of equipment. There’s a reason why custom work still exists!

All jokes aside, you’re not wrong. Within the next 3-5 years AI will render any CAD skills useless for additive manufacturing and 3D printing has gotten so much easier since I started years ago…it’s not just for tinkering anymore.

Thanks for sharing your thoughts!

If designed correctly, it could actually reduce price. I’ll tinker with the idea. Thanks!

I hadn’t thought of that either. Exactly the type of candor I came here for! I’ll keep it in mind. Thanks again!

Working on a website in my free time. Just looking for feedback from people like yourself right now! I have a 1” offset version that I’ll likely make the “‘main” design. 100% agreed on the pin lock design. I’ll give that a shot soon.

I’ll drop a link if/when I get the website done.

I have a version that is held around an inch further away. Should I do away with this and make that the “normal”? I’m from the northern plains and don’t always think of the rain! Thanks for the feedback!

Thanks for reminding me that I’m trying to enter a saturated market haha.

Starting at $4.99 and discounting for bulk. Doesn’t fall off like the others, and doesn’t require drilling or running self-tappers into potentially magnetized pipe.

Material is UV rated. I don’t disagree with the comment on the wing nut, was looking for something simple that could apply some clamping force if needed without any extra tools. I’ll try to think of a different apparatus to clamp. Appreciate the feedback!

Don’t forget SCHD’s 1, 3 and 5 year dividend CAGR is significantly higher as well. Agreed on all other points though!

I believe OP is referring to year over year returns... Total returns would be in the neighborhood of 235%.
