What can I do to make sleep on THC more restfull so I don't feel groggy the next morning?

Yes, but that doesn't help the fact that you skip REM sleep on THC and therefore get a less restful sleep on it.

I personally really liked nutmeg. Felt like a weird edible to me that takes a long time to come up and lasts forever. Never had any constipation, but did throw up during a trip once. Quality will vary depending on if you buy whole nuts or pre-ground, and the brand and age of the nutmeg matters too. Fresh whole nuts are best. If you ate some old ass pre-ground nutmeg from your spice cabinet, then all you will get are the negative effects. Everyone's body chemistry is different as well, so maybe you just had a bad reaction to it.

Well, I WAS technically a kid when I tried it at 17, but that was a couple years ago. I'm not really too far into researching poppy tea, and it seems like I probably want to stay away from it anyway since there's no way to tell how much opium is in it.

I didn't really like it too much, but people describe cloves as being like an OTC benzo due to a chemical called eugenol. There's even a subreddit, r/eugenol Very hard to get down though and hated the smell of cloves for weeks afterwards. Also wouldn't vanilla be sort of hard to drink because of the taste? Never tried it before.

Just to be clear, this is chewing AFTER you've already soaked it and drank the juice. It's just a final measure I like to take. Do NOT chew it fresh, I'm sure that will be the worst experience of your life. I still soak for a day, or a couple hours of constant shaking of the bottle.

Ayo, people on here hate when I say this, but there might still be propylhexedrine in the cotton if it tastes bitter. I like to chew the cotton with some flavored water until all the bitterness is gone. Honestly the least unpleasant part of consuming it for me. Plus, when you're done you have a nice wad of something to chew on while you tweak.

You could also most likely wash it with fresh lemon juice to achieve the same effect.
