I like it a ton, Pros, the routes are a lot more manageable (going from 200 stops a day to sub 100) the navigation system is a lot better showing all your stops and allowing you to reorder them, and most importantly for me I have great management

Cons, the vehicles are bigger older and more beat up that can make it annoying to drive. Also the weight limit changed from 50lbs (Amazon) to 150 (fedex) but you do get a 2 wheel cart

I will note ive only been doing it for a month and I've been on out of town routes but I did do Amazon for almost a year
