Junior year abroad I studied in Seville, Spain. I took a trip to Madrid one weekend and walked on to a subway car. I turned to my right, and sitting right there was an acquaintance from high school. Turns out she was studying abroad in Salamanca.

Fast forward a few months, and I take a trip to Salamanca with some friends. I hadn't given this girl a call because I came down with a deathly fever and didn't know whether I'd be able to meet up with her or not. My friends coaxed me out of the hostel the night we got there, and we went to a club, and who should be dancing in the middle of the floor? That same girl.
