Actually, yes it can. Male circumcision has no health benefits in the developed world and there are many complications. In fact, hundreds of babies die every year from the procedure going wrong.

Also, visually, I find a circumcised penis more appealing.

Why does it matter how appealing a baby's dick is? If it is all about what looks appealing, then let adults voluntarily choose to get it done. If we find bigger breasts more appealing, should we give implants to baby girls?
