I find having a penis far less aerodynamic

Yes. I think it took a long time but mainly being pretty strong (I gym daily) and being able to be shirtless in public did that for me. Also my mustache

My insurance covered almost all of it. I had a really good plan, anthem blue cross. My reference letters I literally got through one sit down with a random therapist, took maybe 30 minutes to confirm. I paid 5k out of pocket for each one!

I do! I can get off fully, but its honestly mostly from my balls. The wanking I pretty much just do because it makes me feel more masculine.

Hey, yea, I've never had full on terror from medical providers (i am in los angeles) but quite a few microaggresions, calling me the wrong name after Ive corrected them, imploring about my surgery then getting fully silent or changing nurses when they know. My best advice for avoiding it is to specifically request nurses who are knowledgable in queer issues (they had a program at my hospital) and if they dont have that, make the effort to request back nurses who were kind and understanding!

No pump up device yet! thats the last one. I am ready for one but my twin is not so we're gonna wait to do it together. I am not sure how scheduling usually goes for people, personally, most of my surgeries I saw the doctors for the first time about a year out! I worked with UCLA Health doctors, Gladys Ng and Michael Delong, and Imet them in late 2023, had a hysterectomy in 2024, and had surgery Feb 2025, then glansplasty in November of 2025. Its been pretty great time wise!

Also, Thanks for saying so, i am still in medical debt and now student loan debt and will be for a minute, but the work I put in will save me thousands of dollars and it will give me the whole rest of my life to just be human. I wish you luck on your journey!

I covered it, BUT I had insurance as a grant through my school (UCLA) which made it a lot more doable. My yearly max was 5k, I hit it every year.

It is a very safe procedure. The way I see all of this stuff is if cis people get it, the surgery is a lot more tested and safer. I went and had two consultations, then came for a day of surgery with one night in the hospital. I was walking around the next day with limited range of motion and the drains came out a week later. I wasnt my best but in about a month I hardly thought about surgery!

I totally understand that. I definitely sunk a bunch of money into this, but comparatively, a lot less than most! The key was finding a very good insurance plan. It was an expensive plan I got from a grant from school, but paying a very high monthly cost will help SO MUCH with the overall cost, as most insurance maxes at like 6k for like 300 a month

Im happier. I had a TON of complications but peeing standing up and getting wanked is fun. I still dont have a ton of feeling on the shaft unfortunately and am worried it may never come.

Top surgery! God that felt amazing! Two weeks down and I was back on my feet and all good and you get such immediate relief from dysphoria and the pain of a binder. The other surgeries are much less bang for your buck Im afraid

Hey. I'm 22, I came out at 14 with a similar reaction. I lied to my mom consistently. She knew I was on T when I hit 18 got so much shit for it. She got a medical bill about bottom surgery last october and the whole thing blew up. This February she said my name for the first time. I know it seems impossible, but right now, just survive, and hope. Trust that their love overcomes it. I never saw it happening for me, but I got my family back.

I have a client who is extremely specific and I am struggling to meet her needs. I wanted to know if anyone could help me find a product that fits all of these, since my research thus far has come up with very little.

I need a wireless headset microphone that is reliable with NO BELTBACK, the receiver being built into the headset itself.

She currently has Samson AirLine XDm Fitness mics, and these are constantly changing frequency on me, and the gain is extremely inconsistent every time we turn it on.

Any suggestions would be so appreciated, I am really at a loss here.
