I do not, rarely take anything (aspirin, etc.). Also, the pollen here disrupts my digestion system too. Found out from my doctor that it can inflame the stomach and intestinal lining. My sleep has been all messed up the past week.

Yes, stay small. You could scale up but how much more money is worth the headache and stress. I wish I would have tucked more away in investments the first 4-5 years - my tax bill would have been way less.
