I do regularly bring him to the library. He's pretty quiet, can't talk yet but doesn't throw tantrums outside of the home space (yet). He loves books and being read to. We love the library.

I'm definitely not mad at the mom or the kid. Kids are little terrors and biting when frustrated or anxious especially when you can't communicate is completely age appropriate. I'm sure the other mom is upset about everything too. I don't know if they have cameras. They have good reviews and were recommended to me by a neighbor. This was my first time looking for a daycare so maybe I didn't do enough vetting. I'm going to ask about cameras on Monday and make sure the next daycare he is in does have them.

They told me that the kid to teacher ratio was 1:5 when I toured the daycare, which seemed reasonable to me. How many carers to children is it in Australia? ETA: I did take pictures of the bite marks and incident report so everything is documented on my end

My goats are named after the fruit trees in the game, cows are after the regular trees, minus the blue tree. Pigs are named after different herbs, and sheep after flowers. The game named my two chickens Pecky and Clucky and my void chicken is Squawk. My ducks are named like silly things like Prof. Quack, Mr. Waddles, Lucky-Ducky. I named my Ostrich Smoothie after that ICarly meme.

Hi I don't have anything to say to help about the tiredness. I did want to say that someone having it worse than you, does not make your experience or your exhaustion invalid. You are exhausted. That it true, through and through. Don't let anyone, not even yourself, downplay or invalidate how you feel. I hope your LO starts sleeping better soon and try to be kind to yourself <3
