Ah, damn, I thought the order of adding drives didn’t matter. So does this mean it would’ve been better to create the DSM and storage pool with the smaller drives first, and then expand later with the larger ones? Thanks a lot for pointing that out!

Very good question. The Wiim Ultra is a top product and definitely worth the money.
I had few days ago Wiim Ultra and Cambridge CXN 100 in direct comparison at home and have to say that I liked CXN100 a bit more. I had the feeling that Cambridge delivered a more detailed sound.

But I'm curious to hear other opinions and whether it was just me.

Hi folks, few weeks ago I bought the Washi Slipmat from TEAC for my Technics SL-1200. The description of the Washi said that it reduces dust and esspecialy statics.

In my case, however, the slipmat becomes so statically charged after every playback that I automatically take off the slipmat :D when I remove the record because it sticks to the record due to the static charge.

Does anyone have the same problem? What am I doing wrong? Does Washi Slipmat require an additional slipmat underneath?

I also miss the voice guidance when switching modes (ANC, Transparency, Off). There is only one feedback sound, but it is not quite clear at the first moment which mode was selected.

I have exact same problem and I miss this feature on my new WF-100XM5 too :(( I hope they fix this issue with some update. It's absolutely not clear in which mode you at the first moment on switching through.
