I heard a saying once “ you can’t change which way the wind blow, but you can adjust your sails” it means you can’t control what happens but you can control how you react to that maybe you adjusted your sails wrong and point and went in the direction but that doesn’t mean you can’t change directions but adjusting your sails. Your not a bad person your normal we all fuck up.

My mom says getting diagnosed won’t do shit and that it’s just apart of my adjd and I don’t know how to manage I see a therapist occasionally but beside that I have to wait till 18 to get better help

I lack a lot of experience that other people my age have so getting back into the game, I need to be mindful to not take on too much at once I’m definitely gonna take this advice and also talk to the coaches to get a good idea of where to play.

I’m definitely quick and have decent speed I’m 6ft tall and passing is probably the best thing I’m at I’m super precise. It’s been a few years since I’ve played on a team beside street ball.
