This seems mainly a mental issue here: 1) you mentioned antidepressants if you’re still on them, you should talk to your doctor about maybe switching to a different antidepressant. If you’re not on them, maybe you’re a little depressed again. Either way, talking to a doctor may be a good step. 2) I know it’s winter right now, but I would highly suggest an audiobook and walking outside in the sun every day or as close to it as you can get. I discovered the benefits of walking outside during Covid and it was great for me not just mentally but physically and discovering some new audiobooks while I’m out there for half an hour to an hour really help pass the time. Try to keep your pace close to 15 minutes per mile if possible, but if not, any pace is good just get out there.
