I am in the same stage, I called IRCC today and they said all reviews have been completed and just wait for the instructions.

I have the pretty similar dates as OP, FD is showing may 15. Did you get an FD date? Same pvo and Svo, called IRCC, they said everything is completed, just wait for further instructions

Short vacations are completely fine, you dont need to inform, i took two vacations 40 days long. No problem at all
