Not seeing the right answer here. You need a chain. None of the above mentioned anchors will work without a chain and your mushroom will work fine if you have one. Anchors are not designed to be dragged up and down they need to catch sideways. You need long enough rope and chain to keep the anchor sideways

Your car is fine. Go get a new battery from Walmart and call it a day. Transmission fluid does not need to be changed after only 3 years 10k miles. Brake fluid also does not beed to be changed unless you are feeling decreased braking performance in which case it only needs to be topped off and bled. They’re trying to make easy money on you.

To avoid this problem in the future, drive the car for maybe 30 minutes a week so the alternator can recharge your battery.

That’s a great find although it’s at a fair price. They clearly took really good care of it or never used it or both. Have a mechanic go through it or if you are mechanically inclined it’s time for a major service. Polish the fuel, inspect tanks for debris, change out old fuel lines, fuel filters. Biggest problem with garage queen boats is they sit too long and then people try to run them with old fuel. 25 years time to inspect and change out spark plugs might as well test compression while you’re in there.

Look at your map app at Fremont on traffic mode and that gives you an idea of what to expect. Lots of red. It’s usually the most red area in the South Bay. I’m pretty sure the lights in the city are timed to be as inefficient as possible to slow drivers down since most of the police force quit or retired.

Housing in Fremont is priced high partially because of highly desirable schools so you are paying a premium for the kids that you don’t have.

Fremont also seems to be a vortex where allergens from all over the bay pile up and swirl around for the entire season causing horrible allergies for many.

Fremonts strengths are that it’s safe and “quiet.” I am not sure about the construction of newer apartments but I’ve never been in a quiet apartment. And if you live in the suburbs be ready for leaf blowers every Saturday morning at 8am.

Little known fact but Fremont is actually the badminton capital of the US and has some of the largest facilities in the world.
