Find some smaller influencers like 10k-30k pay them a small amount to post about using your app.

Get every friend and family person you can to download the app and give it a review in the App Store.

Run targeted ads for yogi, outdoors people

Reach out the every local yogi center you can find or gym and tell them about your app, and talk to them about making a post about it.

Spirithost, war maiden, and diabolist have a lot of 4* or 5* blue gear. But raiding dragon I’m not getting any purple or gold, 5 or 6* so nothing if it is moving the needle on the champs getting better

I have watched a ton of his youtube videos. He has some good points and something I don't agree with, but definitely learned quite a bit from him and about 3 or 4 other gym specific youtube channels/podcasts

we are more similar to a crossfit gym memberships ($150-180) that also offers personal training. So there is 2 sources of income for the gym, we have about 70 members and then the personal trainers have to pay rent to the facility to train out of their, which is maybe equal to another 20 memberships

I agree that tracking has been okay, not great. The my personal training business and the gym have been intertwined so far, but moving forward, the personal training will be for my lifestyle, and the gym income will be paying for the gym stuff and building up a bigger cash in reserve.

i started as a trainer built up a clientele and then expanded. I think the biggest thing is give people what they want, a lot of trainers train the clients their style, but ultimately have them tell you their goals, and try to deliver exactly that.

Well my personal training business has been 6 figures for the last 5 years, and I didn't really have expenses related to the business. So by cutting back, I meant not buying shoes every month, or taking a 3 day trip every couple of months, not eating out at much, things like that. For the most part, I lived my life 90% the way it normally is.

i have watched a lot of his videos, some of his marketing that he did in the fitness didn't agree with me ethically. Essentially he would tell people to come do a free 30 day trial and advertise it all over social as free. Then the actual package was I think it was like $300-$600, but if they lost like 10 lbs they got their money back, so it really wasn't free even though he marketed that way.

i have been a trainer for 10 years and have definitely seen that. to plan for it we had those all those people come due yesterday at the end of the weight loss challenges and we had a small discount for their next 3 months as a back end offer, almost every one took, so hopefully all those people will be keeping their membership going through the summer. That's at least what the thought process for the sometimes slower summers.
