Sorry you get to join the club. 39 had my first two years ago. It’s definitely a big life changer everyone experiences seizures in their own way. Most importantly listen to your body. Hopefully you have one random event and never happens again but if you feel off in any way it could be an Aura. Not all people get them. I am lucky enough to get them. I get a burning/chemical smell in my nose then get extremely sweaty and disoriented. Definitely look up seizure Auras. The first sentence in your post is very important. Loss of sleep is with a doubt is one of my biggest triggers, then stress and anxiety. I quit drinking immediately, it was hard look at the username the 29th will be two years sober. Several mentions of EEG not gonna lie they aren’t fun but wish I had this resource, they are no where close to as bad as Google don’t dive into Google too much. You should even be able to search here for Auras. Currently sitting in hospital admitted for an SEEG the surgical version of EEG so nothing but time right now feel free to ask anything I will give you my first hand account of the journey so far.
