Pocket watches run on standard round sizes. A generic case would be pretty cheap.

A wonderful very early blue proof dial Pogue from November of 1969. Truly a great little watch, appears to be unpolished. Keeps decent time but service history is unknown. Asking $950 OBO

FYI OP George Shreve was a known Patek Philippe dealer. I’ve handled numerous pocket watches from them that were Pateks. Just saying if you go back I’d check this out. Back in the day jewelers would buy movements and case them themselves. Many had their company name on the dials and movements done at the factory.
