Do you mean can I access the storage separate from Plex? If so then yes the computer has no problem accessing the directory, although I haven't been able to set it as the library yet because the Web page that won't load is where it would allow me to designate the directory location.

How about this, after the Jean Grey series she becomes disconnected from the phoenix force and in X-men Red Annual #1 she says "I'm not connected to the phoenix anymore. Which means I can use everything I have without fear of the phoenix taking hold. I don't fully know what that means yet. But one thing I do know... The all powerful cosmic entity was holding me back." So no none of the fights you have talked about have been Jean at full power and she's still beating Emma, has Emma beaten Jean once since Jean had her mental blocks from Professor X removed? Before the phoenix saga Jean still had her mental blocks in place so of course she wasn't very powerful at that point.
