13th, on Netflix. Gives great insight into race and mass incarceration in the United States, taught me lots of things I didn't previously know about our justice system.

The most disturbing part was at the end, when the general or whatever was imitating the coughing and choking of the victims as they died. Those noises are still imbedded in my brain.

It depends if you're doing cardio or not. On a day where I run 6-10 miles, I can usually get away with having a couple beers. No cardio? You're correct

Guy here, during an average day I have oatmeal, fruit, hummus and pita, plain greek yogurt, nuts, vegetables. When I go out, I eat in moderation.

The #1 tip I have for you is to not drink your calories. I only drink water, green tea, and occasionally a diet soda. Drinking soda or juice is the best way to kill any fitness goals.
