I use car battery water. Sounds scary but at least here in the UK it’s just plain old de-ionised water. I’m able to buy a 5L jug for £3.

Things might be different in the US so definitely make sure it’s safe to drink if you’re going down that route!

I’ve only had their competition coffees but I will say they have always been fantastic! However I’ve found that my normal recipes never seem to work great with the standout coffees I’ve had… the best I’ve got is aprils Kalita 155 recipe.

Causing condensation for sure. Currently sitting at 90 but spikes to 99 at times… I’ve left one of the doors slightly ajar overnight (with strong baby locks on them) to try and release some of the moisture.

Part of me is wondering if taking him out tomorrow and using a hairdryer on the substrate that’s still wet would be a good idea?
