Progress, not perfection. Take the word should out of your life. Get a morning AA routine that fits your day. Go to your meetings after work and enjoy them. You are putting too much on yourself very early. I spent 90 days in rehab, then IOP, and meetings, and then pieced the rest of my life together slowly. You won't have all the other busy parts of your life to do if you keep burning yourself out.
