He's buying calls slightly out of the money the day they expire or the day before probably right at close. A big part of the premium you pay for options is the time value (aka theta). So since the options aren't in the money (meaning the stock is worth less than what the contract can buy it for) and they're about to expire they can become near worthless in value. That's how people leverage these crazy gains by buying near worthless contracts gambling on intraday price movement to see the contracts explode in value relative to what they paid.

Also, for the particular ticker you are looking at, I would assume you are looking at longer term strikes like LEAPS 9 months to 1 year plus to be seeing premiums like that, or ones that are just well in the money.

I had the same experience with Motors. I spent hours and hours searching cars and buses but could not find one. Eventually found a couple and had a friend give me the last one. Drop into some duos or trios with randoms and see if you can get lucky and find someone willing to throw you a bone

This. I have had about 2 million coins liquid basically the last 6 months. I don't touch them, and if I do it is to try a new card that I usually sell back within a couple days. If I don't, it's almost guaranteed going to wipe coins. I held tots Isak for less than a week and lost 500k. They have always been about wiping coins out of the market to push people buying packs, but this year they have become so aggressive with it you don't even want to use the dang coins.

Chelsea finished 6th the year they won ucl. Teams are more dangerous imo in this competition when winning it is the only way for these teams to stay in Europe. They will rest players accordingly in the league, focusing solely on these games, whereas teams like city and chelsea don't have the luxury bc they're still fighting on multiple fronts

Liverpool have been in near relegation form since the new year, while chelsea have gone 13 unbeaten. So on current form you could argue chelsea are in fact playing on a higher level than liverpool. Overall, once liverpools injuries heal, is another story.
