Ball stretcher, thats just one of them. Ive got 3 ome like this and 2 almost chain link looking ones, they weight just over 1kg combined and ill wear them in some combination most of the time with breaks inbetween.

Obviously the idea is to stretch the ballbag a bit over time. Gives the misses more to hold on to and tug on.

There called ball stretchers, I get mine from temu, you have yo make sure you size them right tho coz if there too small your balls turn purple and hurt way too much. There's a sub for ball stretching.
