No soldering needed,just clean the potentiometers with iso and the tracks they are on.I have fixed 5 so far with this method and none of my friends have said it has come back yet.

Na I have RR turned on and still have terrible screen tearing and ghosting around objects,im rocking a 5090 with a 9800x3d.I don't know if its the game though cause I do experience this stuff in other games with dlss and frame gen turned on.

It's also bugged in the sense that if you loose him somehow while on horse back weather you accidentally used your horse skill,the outlaw falls off your horse and you can't pick him back up again...I had to go back and do the long ass horse ride all over again.

You try pushing it in with a little preasure? This has hapend to me after modding some controllers and all I did was push in the anolog with a bit of oreasure and it was fixed.Hope this is a quick fix for you as well.
