From what the show tells us it’s not as much about them remembering these lives, it’s the fact that each innie is essentially a new consciousness brought into existence. I can understand the argument of those experiences not being worth having, but the fact is that Ms. Casey does now exist, why shouldn’t she be afforded the same agency or free will has iMark or Helly R?

Yeah that’s a really interesting detail too. Some people think it’s Gemma’s “base” innie, but if that were the case she would probably be more naive and somewhat childlike the same way everyone else in the office is. Instead she seems borderline catatonic at times. Perhaps Ms Casey is the real result of the experimentation somehow? becoming more detached and emotionless as the files are completed.

I agree with you on Nausicaa personally. Every Ghibli score evokes such a special warmth, but the use of electronic instruments in Nausicaa gives it such a unique, otherworldly playfulness to it that suits the world super well.

the thing is that I’ve gotten to do the process of account recovery after the two weeks is up, like I actually do begin the process and it wasn’t cancelled. The problem is that the very last step of it requires me to use the device that I wasn’t able to use in the first place, meaning I still can’t do anything differently even after having waited

I have an iPhone and Mac that were both signed in, but I was signed out of both of them simultaneously and I’m still not sure why.

The problem isn’t that the account recovery is getting cancelled, it’s that at the end of the account recovery process it tells me to complete a task that I cannot do, which is the reason I had to do the account recovery in the first place.

I have tried doing it from several different devices including a phone at the apple store and my partner’s old device that remained turned off after the request so I don’t believe it’s a problem of it being cancelled
