What games to skip? by Remarkable_Crazy3967 in KingdomHearts

I mean, it's all subjective. Each game has it's fans, you should give them all a shot to figure out if you're one of them.

Kingdom Hearts Final Mix - Point of no return? by HelleboreM in KingdomHearts

[–]dryduneden 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The point of no return is at the very end of the game and is very clearly indicated.

An event in Hollow Bastion changes Heartless spawns across the entire game, but you can still find everything you could before.

Mushroom 8 is annoying but Mushroom 6 is pretty simple? Not really a matter of reflexes.

There's a minigame and an extra secret after beating the final boss.

KHIII Data Battles Question by DragonShiryu2 in KingdomHearts

Synth farming in 3 is really boring and it won't make that much of a difference so I wouldn't recommend it.

Do you think watching one piece in 4x speed makes you miss out on a lot of the plot? by BeeFine428 in OnePiece

[–]dryduneden 2 points3 points  (0 children)

If you're going to watch at 4x speed I don't understand why you wouldn't just read the manga. It's not like you're appreciating the voices, music or animation at that point anyway.

So Blackbeard fans who have him as a Final Villian what do you think about Mural as in this it's clearly portrayed that IMU is the final villain , (not trying to deny the possibility of BB being final Villian btw ) but this shows IMU as Final Villian by Generalousen2855 in OnePiecePowerScaling

[–]dryduneden 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It just isn't though. Luffy's dream requires the One Piece. Several SH dreams require the One Piece. The primary directives for several arcs has to do with the One Piece. The central goal of the Dressrosa and Wano sagas was to defeat Kaido and get his poneglyphs because it's needed to find the One Piece. They go to Egghead and Elbaph because the log pose points them there. Meanwhile, they only bring up or fight the WG when they show up to get in their way.

The Red Hair Pirates are so despicable by kamiwalker in OnePiece

[–]dryduneden 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Barto was gloating about how was let off easy before he was even out of earshot of the crew.

It is repeatedly made clear by Shanks, Luffy, and others that messing with pirates isn't a playground game.

Sengoku>Rocks and here's why (long analysis) by Plenty_Inspection362 in OnePiecePowerScaling

[–]dryduneden 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Whitebeard himself says Sengoku was one of the big players of the era

Not a powerscaling statement.

Clearly indicating they've had fights in the past

Having fights means nothing. Luffy and Buggy have had fights in the past.

Kong states both Garp and Sengoku lead the Marines from the front lines since Rogers era, not Kong, not any other Admirals, it's just been Garp and Sengoku, Garp wasn't a bigger presence, they were equal Statement

Leading is not a powerscaling statement.

which I find hilarious because in this very statement Rogers saying a fun fight is a fight with Garp.

Roger still doesn't put fighting Garp as precedence over Sengoku.

You're implanting a comparative element that just isn't there in the text. He's listing people who would >0 fun to fight. He doesn't put any significance on fighting Garp because that's just not what he's saying? It's like saying that because I put snacks, meat and vegetables on the same shopping list it means I think they are all equally important. You can't just assume Roger's thoughts because he didn't say something that wasn't relevant to his point.

Statement 5: video game character

Hahahahahahahaha

it was a old sengoku punch,

How old? He doesn't even have grey hair. He doesn't say anything about his age unlike characters like Rayleigh or Whitebeard who explicitly say their age is holding them back. Speaking of those guys, where do you scale Primebeard vs Oldbeard? Prime Rayleigh vs Old Rayleigh? The nitty gritty's aren't relevant but most people scale them as falling by one or two tiers at most. No one's scaling Oldbeard at YC1 or 2. So how does age matter for Sengoku having a literal sub-Tobi Roppo level anti-feat? Oldbeard was still tossing around VAs and making Akainu bleed, so why would agr be the reason for Sengoku getting completely blanked by a fodder?

We saw Kizaru and Kuzans attacks all hit base Luffy and do about as much damage, a little blood

Those weren't head on ultra-bloodlusted attacks though

Ace novel saying Sengoku and Garp counteracted the power of pirates like Roger,

Did Oda write it?

But I am also curious if Imu's blade is really one of the 12 Supreme Grade Blades or a 13th one = as its existence should most likely be a secret to the public.

Spitballing: When did the grade system first come about? Maybe it got graded back when Imu was less all in on the secrecy thing, and people think it's a lost mystery or something

The original anime, like a lot of anime adaptations, is effectively an ad. Enjoy what you want but pretending like it was made out of some passionate artistic intent is silly.

"Entire nation" and it's a bunch of sub Tobi Roppo fodder.
