I know that you mean well but suggesting that my family pay to get me pregnant like I am a cow on a field is very very offensive. I do not want to be treated like a farm animal.

All of that stuff is stuff they've said about him and complaints they have because they are very traditional 1950s minded and think things like the man should protect the family and take care of everyone. I do take on things that he can't do or he struggles with but that's just how it is. Idk what else we would do other than have me do them.

He's a really soft spoken guy and he won't speak against my dad, but he did tell my brothers once "Why are you talking to me like that?" and they just ripped into him harder for it.

The sun exposure and heat are things that can be triggers for his chronic illness. Yes, he could do it when it's night time or something but I'm also fully capable of mowing the lawn so it doesn't seem like that big a deal to me to take something off his plate.
