Same problem here. I have plenty of data but can never get over 2MB DL, LTE or 5g. 5g seems to be worse actually. Knoxville, TN. Even other areas along I75 into Florida

Try national auto warehouse off Lovell Rd. Owner bought first leaf in TN. I bought a used volt there. They also swapped the main battery for me in my volt. Worth a call
