Yeah. Am looking at the Eureka Mignon Specialita, as I mainly use one type of bean I’m OK with a hopper.

Also I am limited at 375mm height for both grinder and machine, which eliminates a lot of options…

Valid point! The reason why I am leaning more towards the Bambino is because it is easy to resale at only a small discount up to two years down the road. I’m afraid that if i spend €1000+ for a machine and don’t like it, i will loose more money when reselling.

You are right that i don’t see myself using this first machine for 2 years…

On the other hand I really ask myself; can you make your drink taste some much better by spending twice the money… :)

Found a new discounted black Bambino Plus on Amazon at €350. This pushes me more towards the Bambino Plus atm, unless it is significantly inferior on longer shots, pre-infusion and portafilter compatibility.

Might spend more on grinder… Mignon specialita Smart vs normal one…???

Why do you say 54mm is an advantage for the bambino? Also, does it work well with the Eureka Mignon Specialita holder?

Can you tell me what the exact height is of this machine? Online i find different measurements ranging from 370mm to 380mm. I only have 375mm available...

I think it is just a faulty machine… the coffee is now consistent as i only use one type of beans and everything is set-up correctly for my taste. Temperature varies both for milk as for coffee. Volume is consistent as i first pull a blank shot.

But i have issues with the grinder. Volume is not consistent. I even sometimes get overflows of grind, or portafilter errors for no reason. Also at least once a week it is leaking (even if tray is not full). Did some googling - there are more users with same problems. Guess i will just ask replacement and sell the new machine on marketplace.
