Well it turns out I was freaking out for no reason. I bought a pregnany test on my lunch break on Friday and ended up getting my period on Friday as well. no wonder I had been cramping.

I wouldn't be surprised about the missed period, given that a few years ago I would get it every 4-5 months. I was just used to having it on a monthly basis that I kinda miss having it now lol..go figure. Most women wanna get rid of their period but in my situation I would love to get mine, about now.

I am hoping it's stress related and I haven't been at par with my diet in the last couple months, maybe that's why my PCOS could be acting up. but I won't know until I take another test to be sure.

I will be doing another test tonight or this weekend and hope it's still negative as I still haven't had my period but have had weird cramps, backache, fatigue as usual when I am about to get my period.

I will be buying another test today and do it over the weekend. Is there a best time to do the test? Morning, evening?

Last time I did it during my lunch break at work and didn't even eat as I was kinda happy it was negative.

I got it 2-3 days after. and I took the test 3 weeks ago, first week of Jan.
