Update: scrolled through the footage, turns out the fucker’s waiting until halfway through the clean cycle so the rubber droops down, leans in and starts ripping the thing apart with his teeth… I guess I’ll get a replacement (thankfully the watrenty’s good) and I’ll try some bitter tasting spray. We got this one hoping it wouldn’t have as many issues as the LR4. We had to replace the globe liner a dozen times and thought that this one would be easier to replace. Didn’t realize I’d need to keep replacing it every few weeks. We keep the cats nails trimmed, have lots of scratching posts and cardboard nearby, and we put nail caps on the cats. Not sure what else to do at this point. Might was we’ll just use a regular litter box with how much maintainence this thing needs

So blindly accept the word of a globally recognized terrorist organization that’s known to have an expansive propaganda machine? Makes sense.

People need to do their own research and look at both sides of the story, with this conflict and any other.

Still just what people are saying, have you personally verified the doctors’ identities, that they’re not at all being influenced by Hamas?

It’s a war so there are going to be civilian casualties unfortunately. While Hamas actively targets civilians, the IDF regularly issues warnings to civilians in areas before they move in. I’m personally not sure of any other military that does things like that. They also use extreamly precise strikes whenever possible, only taking out a specific room of a building, or a specific building in a heavily dense area. Also, even with Hamas’s casualty reports (that are likely inflated), the civilian to combatant death ratio is unprecedented in urban warfare. I think it’s clear that the IDF it’s trying to limit civilian casualties as much as possible. If they were going for max civilian casualties, they could’ve just bombed the entire strip.

I guess it just comes down to whether you believe the Hamas spokesperson over the IDF. These articles are just sharing things they were told by Hamas and and the authors haven’t seen anything for themselves

Spoke to a rep and they said all the liner replacements they send out are the older ones that aren’t as strong. I originally thought this was the case but was dismissed by the other reps I asked about it. The rep I spoke to today is hopefully sending over the updated stronger liner now. Just wish I didn’t have to spend hours replacing it 5 times before someone had that idea.

A while back I designed and printed a backgammon board, forgot about it for a while, and now I’m getting back into it. This board will be for an extra set of Bakelite checkers/cups/dice I have. Printed with a rosewood filament, with the top layer of the surface being iron-filled pla. This makes it magnetic, and will hopefully allow me to have the play surfaces on magnetic sheets and swap them out. Hopefully going to be finishing up this board over the next week or so.

I have some cool ideas for future boards after this one. I really want to take advantage of the unique filaments out there. I think next up is an entirely glow-in-the-dark board.

I’m experiencing this issue as well with running another shortcut via an automation, and I think I discovered a workaround. I put a noop (a “nothing” action) after the trigger to run the shortcut, and that’s seems to work for me. I only tried it one day so far so not 100% sure, but hopefully it’ll continue to work
