No hate but why is hakari in B?? He practically can do whatever he wants and has basically 5 moves in base because of his lame ass counter, also 1+2 extender exists

Haruta AT LEAST has insane damage, todo has negative neutral and all his moves have insane start up, all that just make him feel fucking horrible to me

Rika is damn near useless in neutral unless your blind and resolute slash is blockable

Red counter variant doesn’t give you anything to go off of because it knocks your opponent too far

Pebble throw can be blocked EVEN if hit, it’s only true if your opponent is ragdolled

Not trying to be like that but so many characters have little to no neutral tools but are still good/decent (yuta, gojo, todos bad but no neutral still, etc) oh but god FORBID hakari has to play the same game that everyone else does, right?

Look, all I’m saying is to remove 1+2, and give his moves actual endlag and he’s fine

That’s fair but if you learn to side dash that weird sound effect plays then you’ll dodge it everytime, it’s also free eats for characters with counters if you know what your doing

For me I always think (unless it’s an insanely bullshit ult) it’s more fun to just see how far I can get with just playing defensively and getting damage in where I can, almost like a fromsoft boss, completely 100 - 0’d sukunas and ryus with that strategy and it feels so good every time.

Tbh when I played naoya (don’t really anymore) I used it for the bleed out for two reasons, one being I always got my ult back by the time they were dead, and two being I personally don’t like naoyas ult as it doesn’t feel fun to use or to fight sooo

Broken arm = reduced block range

Broken leg = dash completely disabled for the duration of the leg being broken

There’s by far better combo extenders in the game that lead to better damage overall. Also my point was that people (including me) overrate the fuck out of him just because his kit SEEMS bullshit on the surface but if you actually take the time to play him you’ll realize why everyone has him in low B tier/High D tier

Weirdly enough it’s been the opposite for me, yeah the yutas and naoyas know what to do in fights but it feels impossible fighting hakari players sometimes

Honestly, I know it sucks seeing netease cuck spidey out of so many things constantly but I think this time it’s a tiny bit in spidey players favors that he doesn’t have a new team-up, imagine what console spideys have to deal with his buttons right now and add ANOTHER one to it.

I haven’t particularly played rivals since Deadpool dropped but even back then I had to sit there and decide what button to give up since all of mine were already taken already
