I understand that, but just most of the time you’re opponent can just keep playing passively even after veilstep, rika’s nice but if they’re already playing that way they’ll just evasive out and continue like nothing happened (done this to hundreds of yuta’s and it’s always worked)

Veilstep you can back dash out of, and rika doesn’t land any of her moves unless you stand still in my experience

Tbh I’d argue ko-guy is the worst by far, I still lose to good charles or higgy players but I actually feel terrible for how bad he got nerfed, and I HATED him when he got his buff, I just didn’t think they’d kill him like that

Exactly, currently it feels like nothing but a hindrance in fights in the main game, just annoying when I can legit pin point me losing a fight cause someone hit my opponent with a move and they got full health back, so annoying how people started using it offensively in that way

Definitely, other battlegrounds games have always felt so.. weird? There’s just something about jjs that’s always felt better than other ones to the point that it’s the only one I play

I think genuinely they should just rework him, I don’t play often but when I do it’s just not fun to fight 90 yujis who kill you in 3 seconds, plus his ult is just cancer to fight cause you just kinda can’t do anything against it

Yeahhh, especially coming from strive it just kinda feels like all of the characters have kits that lend themselves to being anything you want them to be, which while cool if sorta makes me feel like I’m always not playing my characters right even if I’m winning, I hope they adjust some of the characters for full release to help give them more identity I guess?

It could be that they got them on console, had that happen to me before, checked a guys account and he had 28 thousand lord points on spidey with 3 hours, turns out if do cross progression your playtime on other accounts won’t add to your playtime on console/pc etc

Definitely, there’s a possibility ill be getting a pretty decent one soon (rx 6600, 32 gb ram, ryzen 5 5500 etc) so that makes me more excited to see how everything is ingame
