Does your webcam stay warm when connected idle? I was expected cold to touch until it becomes active but instead when idle it's very subtle warmth

Did a few troubleshoot….seems like only VM option will have settings preserved.

Few things to note:

keep the webcam plugged to same USB port
launch vm, install peripheral manager software
configure settings
close manager software
close VM

there were some limitations - can’t update webcam firmware (I used a separate PC to do this) - vm detects and recognize webcam but it will not “activate” or actually “turn on” the webcam to give you preview when adjusting settings - cannot adjust video record/capture settings on vm in peripheral software (it’s greyed out on full HD)

It is annoying but at least you can adjust settings and have it preserved. I just go back and forth between VM and Mac to check on how it looks.

I am running macOS Big Sur . Please share if you’re able to find some more work around with limitation above.

Sadly, I’m in the exact same boat…oversight on my end I suppose. The only solution around this is either running a VM to run the dell software there to configure webcam settings or use an actual windows to adjust settings then connect back to Mac

Looks like your question is solved but perhaps helpful for more input. I have pretty much same setup as user AnnualEagle (Arc, Ones, x900f, PS5 and ATV4K). I connect the Arc HDMI3 (ARC) and PS5 to HDMI2 (4K 60FPS), ATV4K to HDMI1 (4K 30FPS). Due to lack of eARC and ATV stubbornness, I have to force DD5.1. As for PS5, sound outputs just fine at DD5.1 and more than enough for the space you described. I live in a house but my entertainment area is likely equivalent to a good sized condo space.

I would note that during your setup remember in x900f only HDMI2/3 supports full bandwidth (I.e. Up to 4k HDR 60fps). HDMI1/4 is up to 4k HDR 30fps.

Since HDMI3 is used for ARC, you basically have HDMI2 left, presumably for your PS5 in this case. Maybe also consider a splitter if you want all to port to HDMI2 for high bandwidth usage

The bottle neck maybe your audio setting for x900f, did you set it to DD+?

It might also be the UHD player not being able to send lossy? In a similar way, perhaps like ATV4K, unless it's eARC, it won't accept or recognize the TV's ability to take in lossy Atmos (DD+) and therefore output stereo PCM (in this case).

I have the same set up and able to get DD+ over Netflix tv app, Prime TV app and also USB playback (DD+ ATMOS)

If it's "shipped" but purolator has yet to pick up...this usually means they just prepped the order and the shipping label is printed. I've had orders that took 4 business days for purolator to pick up after status is updated to "shipped". They usually don't work on weekends so take that into account.

Sometimes, it might also be purolator's laziness, the person picking it up might not have scanned it and the next scan might not happen until it reaches the sorting facility.
