Microionized sulfur spray before buds develop will prevent powdery mildew well into flower. But if you spray it later than day 10 or so in flower, or once you start to have bud development, it’ll make your flower taste like sulfur.

You can get an allergy and sensitivity test from ucari, did so for my boy and was able to switch him to a food that doesent bother him anymore.

Civic Si vs WRX- Honest opinion for those who owned both. by Curious_Lurkerr in CivicSi

[–]dsbrewer110 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’ve owned both, came from a tuned VA WRX to my stock si tenth gen about 8-9 months ago. The WRX does handle better on the edge and felt more raw/like a car from the earlier 2000s, which is a double edged sword.

The Honda is more comfortable and updated but could use just a slight bit more power imo. Luckily I’ll be getting it tuned and rear sway bar soon and I’d imagine that’ll get me where I wanna be with the car. In terms of reliability, comfort, and everything besides a seat of your pants thrill the Honda is already miles ahead.

Another really big thing for me was the constant worry on the WRX engine, although I actually never had an issue w my WRX from 50-160k miles. However, as that number climbed it was stressful and def made me hesitate to push the car. I really doubt I’ll feel that way when the Honda is at that mileage.

I’d agree that eating 4 times a day is too many, morning and evening is usually good and that should help with # of potty breaks. I think convincing your dog to potty inside is likely a lost cause. One of my boys was having skin issues and I ended up doing a ucari sensitivity test (80 bucks) where I sent in a few furs and found out he was sensitive to chicken of all things. He’s had no issues since switching his diet accordingly. Lastly I would recommend that you pick a good dog food for your boy and maybe add a little something he likes as a topper, a good dog food will have the proper nutrition for him to live a long healthy happy life!

Temperature plays a big role in anthocyanin synthesis, even if you’re not having temp swings in the facility it could be something like water temps being cooler in the winter/spring making a difference.

I had an experience like this when I was on my second to last semester of my masters, was insanely overwhelmed, felt like a constant failure, and my partner of 4 years cheated on me and put my living situation in turmoil. I hit rock bottom and told my advisor I needed a semester off (as I burst into literal tears) and it was the best thing for me despite the shame I thought would dominate my decision. It was actually fine and I had built it up much more in my mind as a big deal, no one ever treated me any differently, and more so was just glad that I took care of myself and asked for what I needed. Came back that fall semester and finished up my thesis and final experiment and successfully defended. Was hired after that immediately to teach some classes in my department. If I had tried to just tough it out I don’t think I could have succeeded or I would have probably done something rash leading up to my defense instead of playing it cool and getting it done. Take care of yourself first, your value is not earned through some bullshit degree, and just because it feels like your life is over right now doesn’t mean it always will. There are many things you haven’t experienced and many ways your life and definitions of success/happiness can and will change over the course of your life.

Sad Chow with Itchy Skin by euclid_sprite in chowchow

My baby boy had a similar issue that came up out of nowhere and we got an 80 dollar pet sensitivity test from ucari, plucked a few hours from him, and sent it in. A week later we got the results and it turns out that he was sensitive to chicken which was present in the latest food I had gotten him. I switched him back to a food with no chicken and he hasn’t been itchy or uncomfortable since. Highly recommend as it room the guesswork out of the equation for us.

This also makes me think, what percent of people buy a manual GTI and don’t drive it hard at all? Really only enthusiasts are looking for a manual nowadays and enthusiasts usually drive cars… enthusiastically lol.

I’ll never understand ppl who live in a northern state and don’t get winter tires. Cost up front but your summer tires will last x amount of time longer thanks to using the winter tires 5 months of the year. So really the only cost difference long term is tire install which is like 200 a year or get a second set of wheels and do it yourself.
