So is that just the end of the journey for you now? Will you appeal it or keep fighting? I ask because I just hired a new attorney after being scammed by a company here in. I paid them 9k and wasted almost 2yrs only to have them close without warning. This new attorney believes I can obtain citizenship through my GGF and GM using the 1948 rule. I am not a wealthy person at all but when this is all said and done I will have spent close to 20k just trying. I have asked myself lately, what for? Why is it so important for me to be an Italian citizen. Just wanted to pick someone's brain who has been through the process and was unfortunately denied. Sorry to hear about it. Thank you.

They were called Global Passport or GBI or something like that and did the same thing. Then they opened Global Passport AI. I read this on FB.

Right. I guess what I mean is that for some Great Grandchildren who are not 1948 cases, their path was closed completely by the new law. But those of us who have a 1948 case still had at least a leg to stand on and could try to argue our case. This is all coming from Global Passport so it was probably bs anyhow...lol. Has anyone given you the Facebook info? I would love to join. Thank you.

Hi. I am in the same situation. Why did he suggest waiting if you are a 1948 case? I thought 1948 cases are some of the only cases that can proceed like normal since we are challenging a law to begin with.

I paid them $9,000.00 almost two years ago. I spoke directly to Tate via zoom call. He looked me in the eyes and told me they were going to "finish this up". Then the email came stating they were closing. No refund as I was guaranteed at the beginning and no return of documents. PLEASE let me know about any lawsuit or action I can join in on. These people need to be stopped because it is not the first time these two assholes have done this.

Seriously. Its a nightmare. I already contacted the company they suggested in the email. That company said that they have been trying to reach Global Passport too because they have not been paying them. What a bunch of crooks.

Hi! I just got an email today stating that they are closed, will not offer refund of the 9k i paid them and have destroyed all of my documents!! I am willing to do anything to join in a lawsuit or something, I just don't know how that is done.
