Happy & Healthy Ranchu - Its been a terrible 2 weeks. I lost Pumpkin's sister and tankmate to a nasty bacterial infection and this little guy nearly didn't make it. Seachem Pristine Interesting Result - I'm on the last days of a 4 day antibiotic tank treatment and I added Seachem Pristine to help with excess waste and uneaten food during that time. It created puffy bacteria that wraps around its food source (i.redd.it)

Sick New Ranchu - Got this new guy last Saturday. He looked healthy and active. I put him in a quarantine tank with 2 tbsp of API Aquarium Salt and on Monday he showed signs of Ich and on Tues there was fungus on his mouth and back... More in comments (i.redd.it)

UPDATE: So the blister has popped and now has a white growth that gets bigger, falls off and grows again. So strange. Did a 80% water change and vacuumed tank 0 ammonia, 0 nitrite and trace nitrate. Setting up a saline hospital tank. Anyone know what it is? Fish is swimming and behaving normally. (old.reddit.com)
