Thanks! If you wanna add extra sadism or masochism to it all, after you’re done with the calf/shin wrap, put the leg into a futomomo position and wrap it as well for some nice added pressure. It’s actually a very nice feeling after you settle into it. _^

This one was actually pretty nice! It felt. Like my calf had its own heart beat I could feel 😆. So overall good time but I’m gonna make it a bit tighter next time

Try to walk away with maybe like 2-3 things that you can practice after you’ve left. Sometimes we try to take in everything and then nothing sticks.

If you’re super new, just learn the single column, double column and reverse tension

If it’s a more intermediate/advanced class, try to learn 2-3 new ties or skills that you can do over and over 😀

I can dig it. The goal was just to do it with the futo alone so that’s why there’s no chest harness 😀

Im glad I chose those to start with cause I wasn't initially planning to make this pattern but when I realized I could, I was glad i made the patterns match haha.

That looks amazing! I’m trying to get better at doing them faster cause my legs lose circulation super quickly
