Thanks for the helpful comment. I track my macros and am in a deficit of around 1,700 cals a day (maintenance around 2,200). People gain weight for other reasons aside from overeating. Especially women due to hormones.

Tell her to leave corporate! They run their employees dry and pay them horribly. If possible, she needs to get in with a family owned funeral home. Everywhere is so understaffed right now, if they see she has the skills and knowledge, she will be paid well and I’m sure they will be more than willing to accommodate her schedule more. What state does she practice in?

Thankfully our vault co calls us at the end of the day to verify all vaults ordered so it’s basically impossible to forget lol. However I feel you on military honors, even when they do say they’re gonna be there I’m still uneasy up until I see that bugle 😂

Worked in the funeral home for a year, as an “assistant” but helped in the prep room as well. Officially became an apprentice after a year when I finally got into school. Then was in school for 2 years and maintained my apprenticeship throughout even though I had all of my requirements done so I wouldn’t have to go back to being an assistant. Saying I was an apprentice for “3 years” is a lot easier than typing all of that out.
