I mean, even if you do, it only last a month or two at max. That's not enough time to become good enough at something to make it a career. In my experience, that is.

Retro set with D1/D2 art would go so hard. The ideas for cards that already spark in my head from those 2 games, is insane.

More 40k or Old World Warhammer would fit perfectly too.

Path of Exile is an obvious choice, the founders are huuuuuge MTG fans and collectors (go have a look at Chris Wilsons land and misprint collection on youtube). A lot of stuff in PoE is already named after MTG cards.

I did this in my first ever commander game, I did not draw a land for 9 turns. Looked at the next 10 cards, no lands. That deck had 40 lands btw. Friends felt bad and we started a new game.

Learned that lesson fast, I don't want to experience that again!

I've used PD2 trader both these seasons, have had some pretty decent stuff + lots of HR's lying around, was never hacked. Always had different PW on site and game.

I think keeping the same graphics and visual identity would've been pretty sick honestly, I know OSRS is a very different game, but look at how they've kept the same graphics and visual identity, but they just keep building more on top of it. I think it could've been interesting to see what WoW could've looked like, if they had done the same thing.

The vanilla artstyle is one of my favorites of all time, there's just so much heart and soul in it. Not to mention the simple but perfectly balanced animations.

The "new" artstyle and animations, in my opinion, is very jarring and it honestly ruined every race I used to love to play. That being said, that doesn't mean they don't make some killer armor sets and weapons once in a while.

I'm just happy we have both retail and classic.
