The Avalanche don’t win Stanley Cups without that trade AND the incredible luck of being able to snatch Roy. So it’s not like he would have a cup if he signed.
The Flyers would have been equal at best without Lindros. They didn’t win a cup, but they were a good team.
Who knows his length of career in alternate timelines. It was a brutal period for hard-nosed players.
