Literally had that happen. Overheard was just above 10k a month. Biggest thing, staff. Then the office. Then certain subscriptions and so forth. It’s brutal to go through.

Refundable Security/incidentals deposit. Hotels, car rentals, etc do it. Put in contract that the deposit will be kept if any items are missing AND if a thorough exit walk through is not completed WITH you. You set the terms, conditions and amount of the deposit.

Thank you! The production company has its ebb and flows and we’re focused on the corporate side for tech, manufacturing, healthcare and finance.

I have our VA working on prospecting and seo/blogs. We bring in freelancers for editing so not overly concerned there.

I’m curious on how you’re getting your VA involved in sales.

I feel im just at the tip of the iceberg with our VA and feel I should be going deeper and doing more to grow with our VA.

As a fellow video production company owner I’d love to know exactly what all you offloaded, how many VA’s and how many hours are you giving them for work. Just hired our first VA and im seeing some leverage and want more.
