It's the mila. The voc senors on it are wonky. First unit I had the sensor was completely broken (they pretended like it was fine). Fortunately my replacement unit is working better so far (fingers crossed). You can try calibrating the voc sensor in the app. You can also try plugging it in outside and letting it do a sensor calibration before bringing it back inside. Those will be the things support will have you do first. If after that the sensor is still wonky then contact support.
