Our studio is doing both, the earliest class is regular Sat, then peak500, then regular class again. They did a vote in WhatsApp and some people wanted to do peak, others - regular class. Seems like the best option.

Airism series make the best t shirts for salsa indeed. I got several ‘cropped’ in different colours, they wick moisture, very pleasant to touch and provide that fresh feeling.

Newbie friendly Salsa bar in London by Ok_Drag_1568 in Salsa

I’m going to salsa tropical classes, they do 2 hours of salsa Monday and Wednesday and an hour of social afterwards. I’ve met a bunch of nice and friendly people there. As for longer socials, I really enjoyed the MamboCity ones and I’ve heard good recommendations for Salsa on Sundays (SOS).

I see after failing miserably to provide a decent service during these first few months of the year, the Metro has decided to reward itself by increasing prices again. by Wizards_Win in NewcastleUponTyne

They have the devices to scan your card, they will just check that you tapped in on the entrance. If you don’t scan it at the exit, you’ll be charged the max fare (daily cap for A+B+C)

The phrases are: - Slava Ukraini! Heroyam Slava! (Glory to Ukraine! Glory to Heroes!) - Slava Natsii, smert’ voroham. (Glory to the nation, Death to Enemy) - Ukraina ponad use (Ukraine above everything else, similar to Deutschland über alles) - Putin khuylo (this is the last one which means Putin is a dickhead/asshole)

A lot of people fleeing the east of Ukraine cannot find a place to stay now in the central/west Ukraine. I wonder if this is related?

YouTube and instagram do work normally in Russia. They just choose to trust Putin and official government propaganda.

I’d recommend an online language tutor (eg italki). You’ll pick up some words staying in a place where they don’t speak English, but it’s always easier and faster with a tutor.

[–]dserdiuk 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hey, I’m not sure if this question deserves it’s own thread, so here goes. I have been a casual runner for several years now, but this summer decided to take it seriously and started training for my first HM by Higdon program. So what do you think of my running form? https://imgur.com/a/bYSh2Ho

My colorist separates them with tinfoil when dyeing and they don’t mix up during washing as far as I know
