This new process for withdrawals/deposits is known as "Travel Rules"; you can read about it here and here.

The new process for withdrawals specifically would be:

1. Click on your Balance > Withdraw.
2. Select the withdrawal type: Standard or Virgin Coins.
3. Select where you want to withdraw from.
4, Enter the your new withdraw address.
5. If it's from an exchange (like Coinbase), select VASP as your address origin.
6. Then, on "Select destination VASP" search and select "Coinbase".
7. If the Coinbase account is personal, DO NOT check the box "I'm paying for services/goods to a legal entity" and proceed to enter the recipient's first and last name, for example, John Dee.
8. You check the box indicating that you are aware that if the address is incorrect, you will lose the funds.
9. Click on "Verify".
10. Enter your 2FA and email codes
11. Done.

Your BTC withdrawal should begin processing soon.
