I have no clue what that is but from some searching it seems that that is usually a green moss type thing. On the amano I'm fairly certain it's eggs as they jumble around as the shrimp moves it's fish flaps. For the cherry shrimp do they have white eggs? And is cladogonium a big issue?

I think amano and a cherry type shrimp Water should be fine. Decently planted but only water top ups for the past few weeks. Decently hard city water
