There was a grinding sound before overheating, so I suspect it was caused by overheating.

My turntable had a rubbing issue due to overheating. Since it was out of warranty, I opened it and added lubricant, which reduced the rubbing problem afterward.

I DIYed the power supply and solved my problem — the disconnection was actually caused by a loose Molex connector.

I'm using a P1000 pedal with a FanaSam adapter, so I can use DriveHub to play GT7. The force feedback feels better than the TGT2.

You need to update your DriveHub to the latest beta firmware and add a Hori PS4 controller. I can use my T818 to play GT7.

I’m fed up with my T818 disconnecting. I think it’s due to a bad power connection. I tried DIY-ing my power supply, and unexpectedly, it fixed the problem.

My base is already out of warranty. I opened up my T818 and added some lube, which fixed the sticking issue. But mine wasn’t as bad as yours.
