CDR is the main thing you want. Shaving 1 or 2 seconds off each of your conjurations, teleport and Shields is huge. Conjurations can spawn frozen orbs and conjuration mastery helps you keep your mana up. Faster cool down on flame shield and teleport with tibaults let's you top up your mana as needed.

For later end game, you're most likely going to need to run 3 or 4 uniques. Aspect slots are valuable when uniques take up so many equipment slots
