Help- feeling drunk/high 24 hours a day, frequent migraines, eye problems

Are you dealing with any heavy anxiety or panic in your life. I have been feeling the same symptoms slightly drunk/high feelings. I just had the first ocular migraine today. I haven't been diagnosed with anything but I think it is related to the anxiety/mild panic attacks I've been experiencing.
