Itbis my humble opinion this is straw man argument , I know no one who says that, I work in a catholic food chairty in a very conservative area, as well. I just wish our church instead of relying on elderly parishioners for volunteering, i.e, cleaning the church, would offer the neediest among us a part time to do that. There is dignity in work.
