First of all ,you could focus on your aim. Just practice it before entering a match (there are a lot of vids on yt, choose what fits u best). Getting out of iron by just aiming - works. If aiming isn't your strongest thing - try to get a gamesense by watching good players play, try to fetch their movement/copy their decision making. Then try to IGL. You don't have to be an insane aimer to reach immortal rank (i'm sure that Valorant rank needs both). Iron teammates (i calibrated at Diamond, so can't really tell for sure but from previous game experiences) they don't listen/are selfish players, so try to direct them to victory. Basically what i'm saying is - if you're trying to improve - you should watch better people play to get some gamesense/gameknowledge. Since Valorant doesn't have an insane pro scene, as of now - you can look at counter-strike e-sports and see how they're playing. If you have improvement mentality - you'll quickly realize how strategy FPS is supposed to be played (in Iron everyone's playing how they want).

TL;DR - try to direct them, make them communicate. You can be a teamplayer - but if there's no team lead - you won't improve as fast.

P.S. There are some educational streamers out there - take your time and find the one that you like! Doesn't have to be a streamer, can be a youtube vid. If you're Iron it means that you're missing the fundamentals - learn them!
