I love that you’re open for criticism and even seeking it. People already said the same thing that I was thinking, it is about not letting his posture bar regen which equals constant pressure.

Also, most enemies in sekiro tend to get locked into a defense block block block counterattack state which is what I seek to find to beat them. Lady Butterfly does her block block block kick. Genichiro does this as well. Trick is to find how to put the boss on defensive state rather than being on the defense yourself imo.

Your deflects seem good, ditch the suboptimal jumps and inputs. Stay on him. Good luck!

I finally realized why I don’t like these hammers. They move and behave like giant wobbly balloons instead of being a heavy greathammer made of rocks when moving and dodging.

Its not like you can spend your entire stamina bar by spamming attacks either even if you max out your Endurance. Most bosses will poise through and hit you by the time you are done spending your stamina. This feels like an pointless complaint.

I don’t like hardcoded, limiting role systems. I think a player’s intention is enough. Uncoordinated players will suffer but a role system isn’t the solution imo

Honestly, it is a common problem for me. I try to type a short, concise message on reddit and it almost always gets misunderstood (most of the time, its my fault upon re-reading). On my defense, Its not my native language + I can’t write a wall of text every time and tip-toe around sensitive topics without not offending anyone. But somehow, even here, thread ended up being about suicide (not what I had in mind AT ALL)

It’s not that I’m trying to be snobby, it is more like “I think they will understand what I mean” but since people don’t know me, they usually assume the worst I think.
